What an awesome find! I googled about 10 places in Paarl as we were meeting friends for brunch, and settled on Kikka at The Precinct. Housed in the former jail, it had an outside courtyard and was interesting with an in-house florist. The breakfast i had was the No Carb Star and was sublime! Coffee was good and everyone's breakfast was divine. Will definitely visit again when we are in the area. Go pay a visit....you won't be sorry!

Great place! Newly renovated old prison into restaurant. Great to see some of the old prison doors and gates featured. The food was very good.
